Nursery Room/ Childrens House

3-5 year old

Students have many and varied ways to engage deeply and in meaningful ways with developmentally appropriate materials. During the ages from 3-6, children are in the sensitive period for language, order, movement and refinement of the senses. The classroom environment is arranged to support the childs development of independence, concentration, coordination and order. Students in our Childrens House program love learning because Montessori materials are so engaging. They promote curiosity, awaken the senses, and inspire selfmotivation. Montessori materials can be used over and over again, each time presenting greater challenge and deeper understanding.

Nursery Playground
A secure outdoor area equipped with climbing equipment sand tray and open area facility for bicycles. In the Nursery courtyard we have an enclosed area where our school rabbit lives.

Our childcentered philosophy means that the childs academic, emotional, social and behavioral state and needs drive the curriculum, the lessons and the activities. We foster academic excellence. Academic excellence is the fulfillment of the Montessori ideal that It is true that we cannot make a genius, we can only give to each child the chance to fulfill his potential possibilities.

We nurture childrens spirits. childs spirit needs to be nurtured in order to achieve their full human potential. Our school is an environment in which students feel safe to develop their creative spirit, moral powers and active voice. We are a community of life-long learners. We believe that all members of our community are learners because education is an ongoing and dynamic experience.

We cultivate confident, independent and compassionate human beings. Confidence, independence and compassion are necessary attributes to attain the goal of a better and more peaceful future.
