PREFACE Technical study is incomplete without the practical knowledge. Now a days theory without practical is of little use. No doubt theory provides the fundamental stone for the guidance of practical but practice examines the element of truth lying in the theory. Therefore, a stand coordination of theory and practice is very essential to make an MBA perfect. As a student of business management, I was required to undergo 6(six) weeks practical training in any organization of repute connect with industry, trade & commerce. I was also required to work on some specific research project assigned by the organization. I completed this practical training at RUCHI SOYA INDUSTRIES LIMITED, INDORE. This project report of the work consists of general study of the company and the comprehensive study of working capital management. Full care has been taken to make this report error free yet the responses collected through respondent cannot be100% error free and I hope I shall be excused for that. Last but not the least I hope this research work will prove to be of some help and it would applicable to RSIL INDORE in formulating an effective and efficient management of working capital.
