Known diabetic and hypertensive for 12 years following last pregnancy Controlled on Insulin and Enalpril Attends Chaguanas health facility every 6 months for management of both

Has never been hospitalized for either condition since diagnosis Compliant with all medication
Does not have a record of glucose measurements Recently her insulin does was increased due to poor readings at the health center. May have been precipitated by a major stressor
