Project Description
The key goal of Wings Unclipped is to streamline Pilot Angels' business processes The Wings Unclipped site will store flights and flight requests and find optimal useage of deadhead and volunteer flights Wings Unclipped will lead to less time coordinating flight schedules and fewer wasted deadhead flights

Human Resources
Analysis/Requirements phase (2 weeks):
Project managers (Dogfight team): 40 hours at $45/hour* Husky Air staff: 10 hours at $20/hour**

Development phase (5 weeks):

Travel is negligible as there is only one Husky Air office Filing for 501(c)(3) (non-profit charity status)

A hosted, secure website that respects user privacy An algorithm to quickly find and suggest the optimal usage of deadhead and volunteer flight time

Ability for registered patients to request flighst (accessibility,times, dates, location and destination) and be added to a wait list if needed
Ability for pilots and Husky Air employees to create/edit their flight availability/schedule
