The survey gathered a broad-based benchmark of faculty views that identified perceived strengths and areas for improvement at UNTD. From our dialogue today, we can begin to build on our strengths and work on areas for improvement. Specifically, we need to decide in each department and across departments how we can turn our ideas for improvement into action plans.
