In 1960, Oil was discovered in Abu Dhabi. In1972, the 7 emirates united themselves into United Arab Emirates. Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum became the king after the death of his father.

Kerala, a State in the Republic of India, has 14 districts or administrative divisions. The major cities are Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and Kozhikode.
One of India's most literate and socially advanced.

Keralites have a high degree of awareness and political consciousness. Keralites hold a unique position in the field of education. The literacy rate for women is one of the highest in all of Asia. Which is perhaps why the women in the State enjoy a privileged status both within the family and society.

Service industry dominates the Kerala economy. Kerala leads many other Indian states and territories in terms of per capita GDP. Kerala's Human Development Index is the best in India. Agriculture, Ayurveda(Health) and Tourism industries are prominent.

UAE
Due to Islam, the population is male oriented. Men rules the nation and are the part of governance. They dont have rights to promote any other religion, thus women empowerment is not present.

Kerala
Kerala, despite of other states, provides equal rights to women. Women are part of most of the workplaces including agriculture and service industry. Its due to high literacy ratio and treated as a source of income.

UAE
The governance is ruled by the sheikhs and are the most powerful people in the emirates. Thus UAE has large power distance as sheikhs are richer than other natives.

Kerala
Kerala as other states has large power distance. As the population has variety of income differences, the richer, the better.

UAE
UAE is moreover individualistic. Everyone has its own idea to earn and professionalism is prominent. Self interest lies first despite natives concentrate more on family.

Kerala is happy with collectivism. Their sport i.e. boat race clearly depicts the value of being together. They love working in groups.

UAE is long term oriented. Since its independence around 40 years ago, it has developed tremendously well. Oil is their power and they know how wisely to use it. Palm Jumeirah islands are the practical examples of their need of land and its utilization for hundred years.

Kerala
Keralites are also long term oriented. They believe in proper planning and execution as they got 98% of literacy. They know how to use their money wisely.
