Description

Today I’m so excited to talk about a hot topic, gluten.   It seem like the perception is that gluten-free automatically means healthy but that isn’t the case at all.  My stance on gluten is that going gluten-free would never hurt you.  And cutting out gluten might actually eliminate a ton of processed foods from your diet altogether...which is also a good thing. We also dive into the topics of food sensitivity, intolerance and allergies.  Whether a food sensitivity test is really all it claims to be.
