The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Friday weekly forum on neutralizing Workplace Racism. In an unprecedented week, hundreds of thousands of workers around the world find themselves not working at all or working dramatically reduced hours in response to the so-called Wuhan coronavirus. What started with eliminating handshakes and social distancing has transmogrified to working from home and a gargantuan number of closures. For many this means a sudden decline in income.  Because this is unfolding globally, it could be cataclysmic for a legions of non-white people. The C.O.W.S. will evaluate how this is impacting non-white workers. For working parents, school closures have added a new problem. We'll discuss problems with working from home and challenges for those who are still required to be on the physical plantation.
