1. Claudication
Get on a low-carb diet (like healthy keto), do intermittent fasting, and start an exercise program that is light and consistent with a slow increase.
2. Sciatica
Work on the curve in the lower back to create more space in the nerve roots.
3. Restless leg syndrome
Take vitamin B1 in the form of nutritional yeast, and cut out carbs.
4. Virus (EBV)
5. Low vitamin D
6. Pinched nerve
7. Electrolyte imbalances
8. Old injuries
