Whites mused over the 11 adults and children who were killed and the dozens of black houses burned to the ground. No one was criminally charged for this catastrophe, and this week it was announced that no one would be charged for the police killing of Tony Robinson in Wisconsin. Abrupt disciplinary action was taken against New Jersey public school teacher Marilyn Zuniga; she was terminated for allowing her 3rd grade students to write "get well" cards to journalist and convicted cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal. In another prison news, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was sentenced to the death penalty; perhaps this impacted some of our listeners thoughts on whether or not the convicted bomber is accepted as White. And Chicago had a bit of it all: An announcement of millions in reparations for black victims of Chicago Police Terrorism.
