The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The motive for this broadcast is to fortify non-white people's problem-solving abilities and to bolster how black people think, speak, act and regulate our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've discovered the optimal technique to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other racial violence we experience while at work should be first to call in and share specifics.
