The mind-body connection is very real, and if you nurture it you can reach heights you’ve never imagined. While we tend to over complicate things, it only takes two minutes to start. Begin with two minutes of something physical and build up. You might only be able to walk for two minutes right now, but if you remain consistent everyday and push yourself you’ll be blown away by where you’re at in one year.
