Congress finally got around to modifying Dodd Frank which could be very good news for real estate and the financial system in general. The threshold for a too big to fail bank has been raised to 250 billion dollars in assets from 50 billion. Mortgages will be easier to come by as well, community banks and credit unions will no longer be over regulated and should result in easier mortgages.
