My home cooking Recipes

This is a growing collection of my recipes. These recipes are what I cook at home for my family. I try to keep things as simple as possible because I have some mobility issues and can't be on my feet for too long. However, I love to cook good food. I love to eat good food. I love to provide good food to my family. Most of these are pretty straight forward and easy to do. The carbonara is probably the easiest to make, followed by the fajitas. Many of these recipes were found on the internet, and if it's original, I tried to list the source. Some however, like my shepherds pie, have been extensively altered. The chicken pot pie was a conglomeration of several recipes, and then reworked to simplify it. The one skillet thing was my idea! Finally, the fajitas- that is completely my own, ground up creation.
