CREW: Regarding Agency Data Interference

On May 7, 2012, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) sent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the U.S. Department of Energy and the Department of Labor. CREW made these requests for documents to determine the extent that high speed traders, short sellers, or hedge funds have attempted to interfere with the release of market sensitive information by these departments.
