Colorado Water 2012

U.S. Senators Mark Udall and Michael Bennet passed a resolution recognizing 2012 as the "Year of Water" in Colorado. The resolution also honors the importance of water to Colorado and a series of water organizations that have helped educate the public about water and developed, managed and conserved Colorado's rivers and waterways. The senators introduced the resolution in conjunction with Colorado Water 2012, a statewide celebration of water in Colorado.
