CREW: Department of Defense: Central Intelligence Agency: Regarding NSA Reporting Requirements

11/07/2006 - CREW seeks any and all documents and records dating from January 1, 2001, to the present, from any office within the central intelligence agency ("CIA") that mention or relate to the CIA's reporting requirements to the Intelligence Oversight Board regarding CIA investigative activities that may have been contrary to the Attorney General Guidelines for CIA Foreign Intelligence Collection and Foreign Counterintelligence Investigations and/or laws, Executive Orders, or Presidential Directives which govern CIA foreign counterintelligence and international terrorism activities.
