ECREA Book Series: European Communication Research and Education Association

The ECREA series makes a major contribution to the theory, research, practice and/or policy literature in the field of Communication and Media Studies. The ECREA series is European in scope and represents a diversity of paradigms, perspectives and cultures. Each book is edited by one or more acknowledged authorities in the field and the contributors have been selected to provide a broad overview and breadth of understanding of the concerns in question. The European Communication Research and Education Association (ECREA) is a non-profit association that generates a forum where researchers and others involved in communication and information research can meet and exchange information and documentation about their work. It aims to stimulate communication and cooperation between its members and to promote communication and media research.
