NEW
Saves Wear & Tear to machine parts: the ZOT Pit Power
manager turns off the back-end motor when the pinspotter has been
sitting idle [e.g., the timing is adjustable using the DIP switch from 3 – 6 minutes].
Reduced Pin Damage: The Power manager will turn off the back-end motor when
there’s a pin jam in the distributor area.
2-lane Controller: the Pit Power Manager mounts on the rear of the mechanics
Control Box between two-lanes.
Mechanics Alert Indication: a Red LED signals when the back-end motor has turned
off by the manager, in the case of a pin-jam, or when the machine has been idle
for the preset number of minutes. LED’s are located at the front and rear of the Pit
Power Manager unit.
Self Restart: When the machine has been sitting idle the back-end motor will turn
on automatically when a ball contacts the pit cushion.
On/Off Switch: Will set to continuous run for maintenance.

ZOT has reengineered and designed selected components in the Ultra 98 and is pleased to introduce
the Ultra Air, a much more user friendly and reliable pinspotter controller for your AMF 82-70’s.
Check these “all new” added Features and Benefits:
Circuit Protection: The original Slow-Blow fuse protection has been replaced with four
“Resettable” Breakers, all set at lower amperages than the original fuses, for added protec-
tion. If a Breaker trips, simply reset the Breaker after eliminating the cause of the overload.
Air Cooling System: The internal components of the chassis will be air cooled by a fan Replacement Breakers
mounted in the side panel of the unit. Just like a computer, the fan runs at all times when

Pillow Block…thereby eliminating all the securing nuts. Each time you need to advance the buffing
wheel (e.g., when replacing a block of compound), simply loosen the six bolts securing the buffing
shaft and rotate the added jackscrew. You no longer need to use a wrench on the outside of the
machine.
• Buffing Wheel Wear and Use Indication: Calibrations on the ZOT Bracket clearly indicate the
amount of adjustment you’ve made and, ultimately, when to install a new buffing
wheel.
