Counseling Notice 2012-13 With reference to the application for admission to M.Sc. (Ag / Horti / Forestry / MBA [Agri. Business] M. Tech. (Agril. Engg.) degree programme under Faculty of Agriculture / Agricultural Engineering for the Academic Session 2012-2013. 1. The counseling time will be from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm on scheduled dates 2. It is mandatory for the selected candidate to deposit Non Refundable counseling fee of Rs. 5000/- (in words five thousand) in form of Demand Draft in Favour of Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya payable at Jabalpur at the time of counseling and remaining fee as per Brief information at the concerned college on 16.07.2012.
3. The reservation rules of seats i.e. S.T. (21%) S. C. (15%) and OBC (15%) the fee to be deposited by categories will be applicable as per rules and regulation of MP state government.

4. Candidate without PDC / result notification will not be considered for counseling 5. Once the is seat allotted to the candidate it shall not be changed.
6. 7. The reservation benefit is applicable only to candidate of M.P. domicile with certificate from competent authority The candidate have to bring the following original documents/testimonials along with two photocopies at the time of counseling as per their status

College leaving certificate / migration certificate v. Gap certificate if any Certificate for sponsored employee i. Certificate of sponsored candidate showing duration of service experience ii. No objection certificate iii. Study leave certificate
