Ensuring that the system works is an important part of ISO 9001:2008. Keeping this in mind and with intentions to perform internal audits to check how its quality management system is working, the Saudi Arabia based The Apparel Group, contacted Informatics Consulting Co to initiate the ISO 9001:2008 Consulting Project for their operations in Saudi Arabia. Informatics Consulting Co will start the process starts awareness training across the organization, followed by a Gap analysis then documentation and implementation further followed by Internal Audit and Pre-assessment Audit till the Final Certification is carried on. The company will also partner The Apparel Group post Certification so that slowly the newly developed ISO system can become self-dependent and system driven.
