Materials and Equipment: SWTC Karaoke 2 balls 1 40cm circular needle Size 4.5mm, 1 set of 4.5mm double pointed needles (dpns) 2 Cable needles Tension 20 sts and 30 rows = 4/10cms over stocking stitch. Abbreviations fb: knit into front and back of stitch Instructions Cast on 114 sts, join into round being careful not to twist. Set up round: *P2, k9, p2, (fb, k1) 3 times*, rpt from * to * to end. (132 sts) Work rows 2-20 of Cable Chart , then repeat rows 1-20 until work measures 13cm or desired length. Decrease rounds switch to dpns when there are too few stitches for circular needle. If possible maintain cable pattern in appropriate rounds. Round 1: (P2, ssk, k5, k2tog, p2, pattern 9) repeat to end. (120 sts) Round 2 and alt rounds: work as set without decreasing except for round 20. Round 3: (P2, ssk, k3, k2tog, p2, pattern 9) repeat to end. (108 sts) Round 5: (P2, ssk, k1, k2tog, p2, pattern 9) repeat to end. (96 sts) Round 7: (P2, sl 1, k2tog, psso, p2, pattern 9) repeat to end. (84 sts) Round 9: (P1, p3tog, p1, pattern 9) repeat to end. (72 sts) Round 11: (P3, ssk, k5, k2tog) repeat to end. (60 sts) Round 13: (P3, ssk, k3, k2tog) repeat to end. (48 sts) Round 15: (P3, ssk, k1, k2tog) repeat to end. (36 sts) Round 17: (P3, sl 1, k2tog, psso) repeat to end. (24 sts) Round 19: (P2tog) repeat to end. (12 sts) Round 20: (P2tog) repeat to end. (6 sts) Break yarn and thread through remaining stitches. Pull stitches up tight, fasten off. Applied I-Cord Using dpns cast on 4 stitches. K3, sl 1, k1 from cast on edge, psso. Slide sts to other end of needle and repeat above row. When round is complete cast off and sew I-cord ends together. Weave in all loose ends.

Hold 3 stitches on 1st cable needle in back of work, and 3 stitches on 2nd cable needle at front of work. Knit 3 stitches, knit stitches from 2nd cable needle, and then stitches from 1st cable needle.
