Corner and Wall Panel installation

Wooden Wall or Concrete Wall is applicable

Horizontal line for upper runner

Vertical line for metal studs

18 Horizontal line for lower runner

Establish guide lines, vertical line at 18 in. o.c and horizontal line 9.8ft o.c Vertical lines for Studs and Horizontal lines for runner below and above.

Runner L= 9 ft, 7 holes per 9 ft length

Screw Hole

Base Runner 0.5mm thk

Align the lower starter using base line, mark the holes and drill holes.

Concrete Drill Bit

Case 1 : If the wall is made of wood, no need to bore a hole, directly use screw. Case 2 : If the wall is made of concrete, bore a hole for plastic tox.

Drill hole according to the screw slot on the runner ( 7 slots per pc.)

Upper Runner

Mark the holes on the upper runner. (7 slots per pc.)

Drill holes on the slots , insert plastic tox and fix the screw using portable drill. For wooden walls, directly use wood screw.

Stud facing down @ corner

On the 6 ft full length, insert 4pcs studs @ 18 o.c with first and last stud facing down. Intermediate studs spacing will still be 18 but facing up.

Vertical Studs

Mark the holes on the studs and remove it for drilling holes.

Drill holes using impact drill , insert plastic tox and fix the wood screw.

Re-insert the studs after drilling and fix the tox and screw.

Use plastic spacers to get the vertical plumbness of the stud.

Fix the screw after placing the spacers.

Attach the base drain on the lower runner and fix it using metal screw Next, Attach the starter as shown.

T-Joiner

On top of the studs facing down, attach the T-Joiner.
