Karuturi Telecom Private Limited formerly Estel Communications Private Limited was started in the year 2000 as an A ll India ISP with a category A License from the department of Telecom. It was a JV between the Hajelas and Fusion Telecom, A N ASDA Q Listed entity. In May 2007 Karuturi group took over the company and merged its ISP business under Karuturi Networks Limited with Karuturi Telecom. Karuturi is a Public Limited Company promoted in 1994 by Mr. K. S. Ramakrishna, A young entrepreneur educated in India and US. Karuturi is listed on the NS E & B S E and has business interests in floriculture, Internet and Software. We became an ISP in the year 2000 after the field was opened up for private participation in 1999. The group also has business interests in Cable Conductors being one of the largest manufacturers of the same. Validity of the Quote is 2 weeks AMC has to be signed at the time of purchase of new product if required. Cabling Charges extra if required. Freight & forwarding for the hardware will attract 1% of the purchase price of the hardware For remote installation support, the remote login access using public ip address or team viewer access with good internet connectivity is required from the client premises. For onsite installation, the traveling & staying expenses has to be borne by the client Upgrade insurance and warranty is for 1 year from the date of purchase For the IP-PB X software hardware has to be purchased separately (the specs for hardware is given above) Hardware to be provided by Customer with above specification.
