Characteristics & Application of WELCOPPER

WEL-CZ : The high temperature endurance and self-regenerating of copper-chromum-zirconium alloy resulted by Zr micro alloying makes this alloy to an worldwide using spot welding and seam welding material. Especially, WEL-CZ shows its full ability in the application to resistance welding electrodes for surface treated steel plates. WEL-B1 : Having the most excellent strength, wear resistance and thermal durability of the beryllium-copper based alloy made by adding some special elements to copper beryllium base alloy, WEL-B1 provides its merits in the applications to flush butt, seam welding electrodes or holders of spot welding under very severe working environments.

WEL-B2 : Because of the effects of additive components, WEL-B2 alloy has a high strength with good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Because of high conductivity and wear resistance it is used in lead frame material, mechanical springs, switch blades, connector, sleeve bearing, clip and so on.

WEL-B3 : it is comparable to special steels in high strength by means of the pertinently suitable heat treatment and it can be used in the special spring requiring good electrical conductivity and non-ferrous magnetic property and the parts of good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. WEL-B3 : it has the features good enough to RWMA 3-grade, which is cheaper than Be-Cu based alloy. It has outstanding properties in electrical conductivity, mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. it is used as Arm, body, holder of electrical resistance welding gun, wearless electrical conduction shaft and so on.
