Thesis Title: Performance Comparison of Genetic Algorithms and Simplified Bi-directional

Associative Memory (sBAM) in Solving Traveling Salesman problem.

Short description of the I applied a new approach to solve this problem using the Simplified Bi-
thesis directional Associative Memory (sBAM), a type of Artificial Neural
Network. To get a comparative idea of its performance, the same
problem has also been solved using a genetic algorithm. The
performance analyses show that the genetic algorithm (GA) produces
relatively better solutions. But the sBAMs are highly faster than the
genetic algorithm.
