190x Premium Calls When you make a 190x Premium Call, two separate charges appear on your bill. 'Airtime' charges are for time spent on the call
and the Premium Call charges are from a third party Premium Call Service Provider. As these charges are separate, they may appear on separate bills.
Premium SMS services are offered by third party service providers, all enquiries should be directed to the service provider number listed in the Premium
SMS detail section of your bill. To opt out of a subscription premium SMS service text the word STOP to the premium rate service number.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PRICING CHANGES
These changes will take effect from 4th February 2009
There will be an increase for charges on some services that may affect you.
Changes to bill payment fees

We will be increasing some of our bill payment fees and introducing a reconnection fee. These changes
are necessary to help offset the costs charged to 3 by our external vendors.
Please see the table below for increases to bill payment fees:

*this fee will be charged if you have had your service suspended by our collections team more than or equal to 3 times in the past six months.
How can I avoid bill payment fees?
· If you are already signed up to Direct debit via your credit card. You can do this by logging
on to my.three.com.au avoid the credit card surcharge fee by arranging to pay via your
bank account.
· If you haven't set up a direct debit yet, set up a direct debit from your bank account. You
can do this by logging on to my.three.com.au. Alternatively, you can pay your bill through
Bpay. For more information go online to bpay.com.au
· To avoid payment fees always make sure you have sufficient funds in your bank account
Changes to some call charges
3 Care
The cost to call 3 Care from your 3 mobile will increase from 15c to 30c per call.
1800 numbers
The cost to call 1800 numbers will include a call connection charge (flagfall). This charge will be the
current flagfall rate for your rate plan.
International SMS and calls

International SMS will be charged at 45c per message sent. For a full list of international calling charges
applicable to your rate plan go online to three.com.au/international. Any allowance for
international calls and SMS included in your plan will remain unchanged.
