Terms and conditions for Bonton Limited software TorrentPrivacy secure tunnel
IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: These Bonton Limited Terms and Conditions are legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Bonton Limited ("COMPANY") for the Bonton Limited product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" services ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may however, return it to your place of purchase for a full refund.

Software product
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT provides you secured connection using SSH protocol to COMPANY's server(s). No physical shipment will be made. Bittorrent client is included into SOFTWARE PRODUCT for your easy use. It is already configured to be used with SOFTWARE PRODUCT, however any Bittorrent client which supports proxy can be used ("CONFIGURED BITTORRENT CLIENT"). Using SOFTWARE PRODUCT in pair with CONFIGURED BITTORRENT CLIENT makes Bittorrent traffic goes through secure tunnel via SSH protocol. Bittorrent traffic is encrypted on your side and decrypted on COMPANY's server(s). This way your Bittorrent activity is hidden from other parties.

Payment
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT fee is recurring monthly fee and charged for the upcoming month. Your account remains active until there are unspent funds on your account. You can cancel your subscription at anytime, just contact our Customer Support. All orders will be processed immediately. After purchase you will receive an email notification with all payment details. Refunds will be handled on a case to case basis by our support staff.

Liability
You may not use the service for any illegal purposes. This includes but is not limited to the transmission or receipt of illegal material. You may not: use the service to violate copyrights or to break other forms of intellectual property law. use the service to transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, or hateful material of any kind or nature; use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any computer system or the Site (or the network(s) connected to the Site) or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site; use the service to send software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment. may not use the service to obtain unauthorized access to any computer network or system. use the service to send emails that specifically advertises firearms or ammunition, tobacco, alcohol, or any other product or service that is illegal. use the service to intentionally crash, slow down, or intentionally harm any computer system or network.
