Provide vision and strategic direction and goals for library in alignment with the universitys mission, values, and strategic plan, and goals. Prepare proposed annual budget. Increased acquisitions and collection development budget in fiscal years 2012 and 2013. Increased number of librarians on staff from two to five. Represent the library as member of university Senior Staff for strategic planning and operational purposes, including reports to Provost/Vice President of Academic Affairs on all library operations. Represent the library and university at Resources Sharing Advisory Committee meetings in the Washington Research Library Consortium (WRLC). Co-directed library operations from December, 2007 August, 2010 Manage and maintain the librarys acquisitions budget using Voyager Integrated Library System. Manage and maintain electronic resources, such as databases and e-books. Develop and implement collection development policies. Develop and administer information literacy tutorials for faculty, students, and staff. Train staff, train and supervise student workers. Order and process materials using Voyager and OCLC Conexxion. Act as embedded librarian, delivering course-integrated instruction online, using Moodle course management software. Responsible for interlibrary loan activities using OCLC FirstSearch. Provide circulation and reference coverage using Voyager and Innovative Millennium Integrated Library Systems. Give tours of the building and its resources to faculty, students, and staff.
