2. What is the difference between an open and closed question? a. Open If someone asked you a question you could tell them a lot about it and give them loads of information. b. closed Closed question is where you would only say yeah or no to it. You wouldnt give loads of information; its just a straight answer.

3. What dictates the style of question used? What type of question is used and what information you give. What are your hobbies? That style of question would be open because you would say a lot for your answer. Are you married?

Not agreeing and putting your opinion. You dont want to answer the question. Meaning you dont what to say because its nothing to do with what you done. If you dint no a question. Advantage The truth, quicker. It could be the right answer for them. You wouldnt haft to answer the question properly if you dont want to? Make the interview go quicker, getting it over and done with. You wouldnt answer and it wouldnt be your fault. Disadvantage They might not be telling the truth. They might just say no when they want to say yeah. They wont get enough information and you might get in trouble. It wouldnt really help you. It wont make you look good in an interview. You want to answer every question really.

5. What is the Likert scale? What advantages are there in its use? A Likert scale is a psychometric scale commonly involved in research that employs questionnaires.
