Sub: Deputing of Service Engineer for Overhauling/Floating of Tyco Sanmar Ltd Make Safety Valves. Ref: Your telecon with Mr. Bhaskar Nandi on 21.06.2012 Dear Sir, With reference to the above, please find herewith our offer along with terms & conditions towards deputation of our Service Engineer for Overhauling /Floating of Tyco Sanmar Ltd make Safety Relief Valves. Offer and Terms & Conditions The service charges shall be Rs.18000/- per day. (08 Hours) Rs. 2500/- extra per hour (After 08 Hours). Lodging and Boarding to be provided by customer otherwise Lodging and Boarding charges will be Rs. 2500.00 per day. Local conveyance to be provided by customer otherwise charges Rs.1500.00 per day. Service Engineer would be deputed from any of our Regional office / Factory depending upon availability at that time and would be charged as per above rates. Above rates are exclusive of all central/state/local government taxes, levies, duties, service tax, surcharge, Octroi and any other charges leviable by Government during the validity of the contract, the same will be charged extra as applicable at the time of dispatch. Customer has to provide necessary standard tools & tackles, spare parts and proper manpower as required for completing the job.

Whole our efforts would be to depute the service engineer on the agreed date, on the unlikely event of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances alternative mutually agreed date would be finalized. Please note Tyco Sanmar would not be liable for any consequential loss/damage due to change in date. Customer has to confirm acceptance by Work Order along with the advance. Payment terms will be 100% as advance for 3 Days along with the work order. Customer has to give 15 Days notice to depute the service engineer. It is mandatory to keep safety valve spares at your end. We request to procure essential spares before attending the safety valves
