Operations: Handling the NREGA and SSP AP Govt smartcard project for Rangareddy district Pay order processing and monitoring its upload to database as well as to smartcard POS. Reconciliation of the pay orders. Review of reconciliation meeting with Service Provider and Project directors. Enrolment management for new beneficiaries identified by the government. The enrolled data Shared with GoAP and getting the new smartcards to beneficiaries and distribution. Project management and maintenance: Disbursement Management Smart card Transactions MIS maintenance Transactions data analysis Finding scope of New Projects through Smart Card such AP-dairy Distribution. Financial Inclusion Disbursement Wage payment and Pension Payment, Commission Expenses, Maintaining of Throughput data. Claim for the commission for the amount disbursed under NREGS and SSP from respective GoAP Departments. Cost based analysis of the project Transactions management: Oversee day to day operations. Timely reconciliation and Monitoring of SA-Adv Office Accounts. Timely E-pay orders uploading.

Timely check clearance Random auditing at beneficiary, CSP and MC levels. Periodic reconciliation of Amount disbursed in the field and E pay orders generated from Go AP.

Additional responsibilities: Monitoring the Cash in Hand of BC, MC and CSPs Service provider Management Accounts monitoring. Finding the new and alternate service methods and revenue generating projects. Query resolutions. AOF Processing and Acquaintance flow Management. Reviews : Reviews with service provider, project directors & collector at Rangareddy district level Reviews at state level with the Director & Commissioner for rural development at Hyderabad. Project reviews at Axis Bank State level.
