CERA INJECT LV Plus / SS is an solvent free polyurethane based injection system for sealing and filling of joints, voids and cracks in Civil Engineering structures either under dry or water bearing conditions. FUNCTION: Cera Inject LV Plus / SS when injected forms an effective sealing system which blocks the pores and cavities preventing seepage of water. Cera Inject SS when comes in contact with water instantaneously reacts and forms an effective substance which blocks the pores. USES: Cera Inject SS is ideally suitable for temporary sealing of water bearing cracks. Cera Inject LV Plus strengthens the temporary sealed cracks to prevent further leakage. Cera Inject LV Plus along with Cera Inject SS can be used as an effective system for arresting existing leakages from water bearing structures. Cera Inject LV Plus / SS can be used in drinking water tanks, swimming pools and reservoirs.

Cera Inject LV Plus / SS can be used for arresting leakages in underground structures and tunnels, dams etc. METHOD OF APPLICATION: A thorough inspection of structures shall be carried out to ascertain cracks and cavities, extend of seepages etc., to derive proper method of injection system to be adopted. Non-returnable packers shall be placed at the required locations after drilling holes in such a way that the hole passes through the cracks in a slanting position. The packers shall be fixed using Cera Plug. After curing for a day, the injection can be carried out. Cera Inject SS, which is a single component system, shall be injected first. This will require a single line injection-pumping machine. The second stage of injection shall be by using Cera Inject LV Plus, which is a twocomponent system. A twin line injectionpumping machine shall be used for this.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months in sealed containers under normal conditions. PRECAUTIONS: Cera Inject LV Plus / SS contains resin, which may cause irritation to skin when in direct contact. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of spillage into eyes do not wash but seek medical attention.
