Murderer of Hundreds of Shiites and Sunnis, Wahhabi Files Case against Ali Wali u llah in Shiite Adhan 14 June

2012 Malik Ishaq, the known supporter and the leader of terrorist groups of SSP & LeJ as well as the murderer of hundred of Shiites and Sunnis, has asked for a repor t to be filed in Court against the Shiites saying of Ali Wali ullah in the Adhan ( call for prayers). (Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Malik Ishaq, the known supporter and the leader of te rrorist groups of SSP & LeJ as well as the murderer of hundred of Shiites and Su nnis, has asked for a report to be filed in Court against the Shiites saying of A li Wali ullah in the Adhan (call for prayers). Ali Wali Ullah in Adhan is the Shiites witness that after the Prophet [saw.], Imam Ali [a.s.] is the leader of the Ummah. This is the main difference between the S hiites and Sunnis and causes much argument between the sects. According to our correspondent, on 30th May, Malik Ishaq asked the SHO of the Ra him Yar Khan City B Division Police Station to file a report and take action aga inst the Haider trust in Rahim Yar Khan. The reason, he said, is because the Adh an is given from the Trust 3 times a day, every day, and Ali Wali Ullah and the Wi tness that Ali [a.s.] is the rightful Khalifah after the Prophet [saw.] is inclu ded in the Adhan. The request, however, was denied. The SHO also claimed that th e request was outrageous and pointless and reports like these would never be fil ed. His request having been denied at the police station, Malik Ishaq has now hired a lawyer [Khalid Mehmood] and written to the Court of Justice and asked for this case to be looked into. He also mentioned the fact that his request was previou sly denied at the Police Station. The Session Judge has agreed to look into the case regardless of the fact that this is not in his jurisdiction. The police SHO has been asked to show up in Court at the order of the Session Judge Sardar Akr am Khan. The Judges behaviour is very peculiar indeed because according to Pakistani law, every citizen has the right to practice and preach their religion. The act of th e Judge in looking into the case which is nothing but the Shiites following thei r religion can be seen as defiance of the Law. Believed to be the latest attempt of the extremist and self-claimed murderer of 100s, Malik Ishaq to cause discord amongst the Shiites and Sunnis in Pakistan, t he case has none the less caught attention of Shiites all over the country. Many believe that Ishaq is trying to turn the Shiite Genocide into Sectarian Violenc e by causing Shiites and Sunnis to take sides and fight. This can be the only re ason that he would highlight such a sensitive topic between the two biggest Sect s in Pakistan. Analysts claim that common Shiites, who already hate their government, courts an d security agencies, will be turned against them even further. Shiites take thei r belief in Imam Ali[a.s.] very seriously and where a small protest against the SSPs burning Alams and attacking Imambargahs may be enough, when talk starts agai nst Imam Ali[a.s.], it may not be. http://abna.ir/data.asp?lang=3&Id=322050
