Venue
• The event will be held in Castelvolturno, a small nice town 30 km far from Naples airport.
HaBaWaBa Baby Festival 2008 will take place on June 26/27/28 2008 at Hyppo Kampos
Resort, chosen by the Organizing Committee as the most suitable location for this type of event,
because it’s a wide facility (more than 350000 m2) and it’s in the position to give hospitality to
the 40 teams at a reasonable cost.
• Hyppo Kampos Resort was also identified as the best location because of its internal
organization and security devices absolutely qualified to deal with very young people.

• In a short time we will send to all potential participants additional and detailed information about
the venue, how to get it, accommodation faculty for other people who want to attend the event
(parents …), interesting places to visit, organized sightseeing tours etc.
• As soon as participants number and identification is defined, details about organization,
procedures, registration, documents, planning, internal rules etc. will be sent to everyone.
Participation
• Participation to HaBaWaBa Baby Festival 2008 is dedicated either to LEN affiliated
Federations or to teams members of the same Federations.
• Each team will be composed by 8 players and 2 team managers. You can find all the rules either
in Attachment 2, or visiting websites www.habawaba.com, and www.waterpolonline.com.
Costs
There are two types of available arrangements and both of them are “all-inclusive”.
For each team, the two team managers arrangement will be free and will be paid by the Organizing
Committee.
o TYPE A (not available for all teams. Registration time will give priority): Guests will stay
either in bungalows or in brick buildings very recently built. Each room has its own bathroom. All
inclusive cost is 215 € for each guest that is 1720 € for each team.
o TYPE B : Guests will stay in a so called “ecological camping” expressly installed for this event.
Bathrooms will be shared, each tent will be able to put each team up and will be equipped with
rugs and mattresses. Guests are only asked to take with themselves sleeping bags or whatever
required for overnight stay.
o All inclusive cost is 175 € for each guest that is 1400€ for each team.
o Both types include transfer from/to Naples airport, breakfast, lunch, dinner (buffet with typical
dishes of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine) from dinner on June 25th to breakfast on June 29th,
animation, insurance, medical care, use of all facilities shown in the Resort website.
o A complete list of hotels located very closed to the Resort will be sent to all additional people
interested in attending the event. WPD will apply a special charge of 160 € for lodging and
transfer for each person.
