Oil Oil Fruit (Abura Abura Fruit)

Physical Description The user of the Oil Oil Fruit always has oily skin, like they havent showed in a couple days. They also constantly smell like fried potatoes and gasoline. When the user changes into oil, the oil is roughly the same volume as the users physical form. The oil is transparent and brown in appearance. Power Summary The Oil Oil Fruit is a logia type devil fruit, allowing the user to turn completely into an ever-burning oil-like substance. This makes them immune to almost any type of physical, fire, or heat type abilities. The Oil Oil Mans weakness is detergent like substances which can neutralize him. Having such oily skin also has its disadvantages. The Oil Oil Man constantly drops items he is holding. They take a -5 to resisting disarm attempts, balance checks, grapple checks, climb checks, sleight of hand checks, and ride checks while in their physical form. Feats LOGIA BODY [ STAT BONUS ] Prerequisites: This feat is gained for free when the fruit is consumed Benefit: The devil fruit user is immune to normal physical attacks and can take the form of liquid oil. While in their oil form, their armor absorbed into them, becoming oil as well. Weapons are left as physical objects and can still be used normally with your oily tentacle-like appendages. EVERBURNING [ STAT BONUS ] Benefit: The devil fruit user is now immune to all heat and fire based attacks. When a high temperature attack is used on the oil oil man, the oil ignites. The oil oil man can extinguish the flames by changing back into his physical form. Anyone who tries to attack the oil oil man with an unarmed strike takes 1d6 heat damage. Apply all other damage normally. REFINERY [ MISC ] Benefit: The oil oil man may produce up to 1 barrel of gasoline or oil per day, to be used or sold. Special: This feat may be taken more than once, each time increases the number of barrels by 1 per day. LUBE THE FLOORS [ DEBUFF ] Prerequisites: Slick Shoes Benefit: As a full round action the oil oil man splashes a very slippery oily substance over a 10x10ft area. Anyone other than the oil oil man moving through or standing in this area must make a balance check vs a DC of 20 to remain standing. If they fail, they fall prone. Once prone, the victim may crawl at a tenth of their normal speed to try and exit the area. Special: This may be taken more than once; each time increases the area by an additional 5ft in length and width. For example, 3 points in this feat would spread over an area of 20x20ft.

INFERNO STRIKES [ DAMAGE ] Prerequisite: Everburning Benefit: While on fire, any unarmed strike the oil oil man does deals an extra +1d6 heat damage to the target. Special: This feat may be taken once more, increasing the damage by another 1d6 heat damage. OILED WEAPONRY [ BUFF ] Prerequisites: Refinery Benefit: As a standard action the oil oil man applies special lubricant to their sword or other slashing weapon, increasing their ability to slice through objects with almost no friction. The oil oil mans slashing weapons deal an extra 2 physical damage for one hour. COOKING OILS [ SKILL BONUS ] Benefit: The oil oil man gains a +2 bonus to their cooking skill when using their own special oil produced from their body. This bonus cannot apply to anyone else attempting to use the oil. SLIPPERY [ SKILL BONUS ] Benefit: The oil oil man gains a +3 bonus to any action which allows them to slip out of physical situations. These include grapple escape checks, moving through tight spaces, or tumble checks entering an occupied space. NON-POLAR [ STAT BONUS ] Benefit: When the oil oil man is attacked with a water based attack, such as a water cannon, they only take half damage considering oils natural resistance to water. However, if the oil oil man is immersed in water, the devil fruit weakness will take effect and he will no longer have any oil-based powers just like any other devil fruit user. SLICK SHOES [ BUFF ] Benefit: The oil oil man applies a slippery substance to his feet or shoes, allowing him to glide across any surface with ease. His land based movement speed is increased by 10 for an hour. He also receives a +5 bonus to move silently, but also takes a -5 to balance checks. This effect does not stack with any other movement based buff or effect.

WELL OILED MACHINE [ SKILL BONUS ] Benefit: The oil oil man receives a +2 bonus to engineering rolls which contain moving mechanical parts, such as engines which require high quality oil to function properly. OILY PRISON [ DAMAGE ] Prerequisite: Splash Benefit: As a full round action the oil oil man changes into a ball of oil and surrounds a target within melee range, suffocating them. The target may attempt a reflex save vs a DC of 25 to avoid being captured. If caught, the target cannot escape through normal physical means. They will need to get help from an ally or come up with a quick and clever unorthodox plan to escape. If they dont escape, they will begin to drown with the same rules as drowning in water. If the oil is on fire, the target takes 2d6 heat damage per turn they are caught in the attack. SPLASH [ DEBUFF ] Benefit: As a standard action the oil oil man may attempt to splash flammable oil on a target within 30 feet. The splash attack is considered a normal ranged shot attack vs the targets defense. If the oil is lit on fire, or already was when it was thrown, the target takes 1d6 heat damage for 3 turns. The oil dissipates after burning for 3 rounds or one minute, whichever comes first. BUTTER FINGERS [ DEBUFF ] Benefit: Any target fighting the oil oil man in melee combat ends up with slippery oil on their weapon and hands. This causes them to take a -5 penalty to resisting disarm attempts. FIRE WALKING [ DAMAGE ] Prerequisites: Slick Shoes, Everburning Benefit: As a full round action the oil oil man glides along the floor, leaving a trail of oil behind him 10ft long. If the oil oil man is currently ablaze, the oil trail is also on fire. If not, treat the trail like the Lube the Floors ability. Anyone who passes through the flames takes 2d6 heat damage. Special: This feat may be taken more than once. Each time either the length of the trail increases by 10ft or the damage increases by 1d6 heat damage.
