CorpLink is led by Jayesh Chavan. He is a 31 years, Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of directional experience in the areas of strategic business planning and corporate finances. He commenced his career in the year 2003 with a real estate company as Manager Finance and then shifted to a Management Consulting Firm. During his tenure of two years with the consultancy he raised funds for infrastructure and real estate companies. In the year 2006, he joined a Pharmaceutical company as General Manager Finance. The company was a start up venture of its promoters and had initial capital base of merely Rs.35 Lacs. The company raised funds of about Rs. 6000 Lacs for its various projects and acquisitions during his tenure of three years. Therefore, he brings in thorough understanding of banking norms and bankable financing structures. Due to his past association with a start up business, he was exposed to challenges in raising finances in constrained situations and also got in depth understanding of business dynamics. Therefore, he thinks that his association with start up and businesses having potentials would help them to perform in critical situations and to progress on the path of financial stability. As a result, he incorporated a management advisory firm named CorpLink Management Solutions Private Limited. Under this company he also pooled the experienced and talented professionals from the fields of banking, corporate finance, capital markets and credit risk rating, with a vision to provide integrated solutions in finance domain.
