But for now as a trainee and to have a contribution to the company that I belong, I have ideas to share and skills to show by serving and assisting customer. Taking and giving jokes while on duty made everyone calm and enjoy their work. 1.3 What goals have you set for yourself? How are you planning to achieve them? After graduating I plan myself by looking for a job to have experience from the lowest position to the top. I just want to set myself for a stable job, to be promoted every time I give my best. 1.4 To whom do you owe your present success? I owe it to my father who gets me through it all. 1.5 What is your favorite hobby and why? Cooking and searching is my hobby. In that way I exercise my ability and skills. 1.6 What motivates you? My family, they are the reason why I want to have a table job, to support them financially.

PEOPLE SKILLS (25points) 2.1 How would you like to be addressed by our customer? 2.2 How will you handle a customer who becomes angry? I will stay calm and let the customer argue with me, I will explain to the customer what was happen. If things cant fix, I will let the customer talk to the supervisor or to a manager. 2.3 Describe the situation that best demonstrates your leadership skills. In a situation where in a group work, lets say for a baking project. I as a leader will give each one of my member a task to do so that we will have a organized and cooperation in our group. A trainer who will lead me to the things that I want to learn and will have more patience teaching me. A trainer who knows how to treat a trainee right.

WORK HABITS AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS (25points) 3.1 What accomplishments are you most proud of? When we prepare a catering for the parents night on our catering subject. For me that was the big accomplishment I ever had. I and my classmate made our parents proud by serving and letting them see how we can handle an occasion like that. 3.2 Describe the project or situation that best demonstrate your coding skills. When we have an individual presentation, I did an orange mango flamb which I got high grades. That time I realize that there are skills inside me and it just needed to develop. 3.3 Give me example of a problem you solved and the process you used. A problem occurs every time where in the kitchen doing our laboratory activity, the common problem there is lack of ingredients. When the time comes that I forgot to bring 1 of my ingredients I think of what to do and what to replace to the missing ingredients. I bought from my classmate and I didnt use money I used an ingredient also to pay for what ingredients she gave me. 3.4 Tell me about a project you initiated. If Im not mistaken, I still dont have a project made by myself. But Ive been a part of a group project. 3.5 How have your educational experience prepared you for this level of job? Ive been experience a lot from my education, for this level of job. I know how to serve, set, and prepare such thing for catering, table settings, flamb, baking, cooking etc. it helps me a lot, at least I know some details I just needed to focus and do it as if it is reality.
