AFFIDAVIT MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION REVOCATION OF SIGNATURE AND RESCISSION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY

COMES NOW, John-Q; Public, the affiant, who is of lawful age and sound mind, who is a competent witness and is telling the truth, voluntarily relating the following first hand knowledge of the facts and stating that these facts are true and represent the best of my knowledge. HEREBY, in the matter of the Marriage license Application Cartridge # 123 G Image 4567 which was signed by John-Q; Public February nineteenth in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred ninety seven in the county of Hennepin State of Minnesota and filed by Violet Kilbo. District Court Judge Myron Greenberg joined in marriage John-Q; Public and Jane-Q; Public in the presence of Dianna Johnson and Paul Boliz. Because a license/instrument/contract is only valid if entered into knowingly and voluntarily, all licenses/instruments/contracts are null and void because of coercion through misinformation, disinformation, misdirection, and threats of economic duress. WHEREAS, the Original Marriage License Application asked for a Social Security Number by State and Federal Law, and as such a number was given on the application. Upon further investigation by John-Q; Public, discovered that there is no law requiring Minnesota Republic Citizens to acquire such a number. WHEREAS, such number has been rescinded by John-Q; Public and recorded in the Hennepin County Recorders Office September seventeenth in the year of our Lord two thousand two, Record # 1234567. WHEREAS, only U.S. Citizens need a License to marry of which I am not. WHEREAS, signing such Marriage License Application gave Power of Attorney over my person and/or property to the State of Minnesota. WHEREAS, such Application did not specify nor was I told by any of the partys present at such proceedings that a power of attorney was being transferred. Because fraud vitiates Licenses/contracts/instruments and even judgments, this License/contract/instrument is null and void, ab initio, through various elements of fraud. THEREFORE, I hereby revoke, rescind my signature for good cause off of the Original Marriage Application and hereby revoking the Power of Attorney held by the State of Minnesota over my person and/or property per Minnesota Statute 523.11 and said release is absolute under Minnesota 523.11 subd, 1,2,3. This document is the preparation of the undersigned.
