With reference to your Online Application in response to this High Court Advertisement of even number dated 27/04/2012, Preliminary Examination (Elimination Test) shall be conducted on Sunday, June 17th, 2012, for which you are called to appear at the place and time mentioned below in the Admission slip. Please Note that (i) You are called to appear for the Elimination Test subject to your eligibility according to the Recruitment Rules and Instructions appended to the Advertisement dated 27/04/2012. At any stage, if it is found that any of the conditions of eligibility is not fulfilled, your candidature will be cancelled, regardless of the fact that you are called to appear at the elimination test and you have qualified thereat. (ii) (iii) (iv) Without this Call letter-cum-Admission slip, appearance in Elimination Test will not be permitted. This Call letter shall be returned to the Supervisor concerned intact. Please bring identity proof i.e. PAN Card / Card issued by Election Commission / Driving Licence/ I-Card issued by Bar Council of the State / Card issued by the Head of the Department in case of Assistant Public Prosecutor or Public Prosecutor, in original, alongwith the Call Letter, at the time of appearing for Answer to Multiple Choice Questions shall be on OMR sheet, shall be filled in with Black or Blue colored Ink Ball point Pen only. (Gel Pens are strictly prohibited) There will be Negative Marking System i.e. 0.33 Mark will be deducted for every Wrong or Multiple answers, given. Mobile Cellular Phones/Tablets/Calculator or any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited not only in the Examination Hall, but please note that entry in the Examination Centre itself, shall not be permitted to those candidates, in possession of such electronic gadgets. No arrangement for safe keeping, will be arranged, which may be noted. The High Court may make arrangements for checking/frisking the candidates for any electronic gadgets/materials at the following stages : (i) at the Main Gate of the Compound (ii) at the Main Entrance of the Building (iii) at the entrance of the Block/Room, concerned (iv) randomly in the Block/Room Entry in the Examination Hall after 11.15 a.m. shall not be permitted. Leaving Examination Hall without prior permission of the Supervisor and without handing over the Question Paper and OMR Answer Sheet shall not be permissible. Your appearance in the Test shall be at your own expenses, both ways. No other items, except those mentioned at Sr. Nos. (ii), (iv) & (v) above, personal wallet/Ladies purse & bare key(s) of vehicle, if any, will be allowed in the premises of the Examination Centre.
