Training Need Analysis & Performance Appraisal:


Generally, a formal performance appraisal activity is carried out on yearly basis, however a constant evaluation and development is carried out by the line manager through constant feedback and coaching. She said, regular coaching, recognition and feedback give you the opportunity to improve and excel.

As mentioned earlier, TNA is done through the performance appraisal.

Types of Internal and External Courses:


She answered, internal trainings which are conducted by our internal trainers include technical training for sales staff or it may include basic soft skills courses like time and stress management, motivation, emotional intelligence or group dynamics. Other external courses may be about customer service excellence, or team building, presentation skills or training for the development of our internal trainers.

Internal and External Trainers


There are no specific or particular external trainers; it depends on the training needs, our past experiences and the current scenario. As far as internal trainers are concerned, we have got our own pool and we also keep on evaluating and involving others who have the skills.

Details of Multiple Training Needs At Managerial and Staff Level:


She said, that we cannot specify only some particular training for all levels. It all depends. Yes there are a few courses which we always carry out at different levels, but it depends on the situation and training needs.
