Industrial washing is one of the most important applied finishing methods on fabric or apparel. Different washing methods can be applied in case of denim fabrics finishing. To achieve special outlooks as well as to change the fashion, responsible washing methods are stone wash, sand wash and bleach wash. Denim produced from the fabric with twill weave including warp yarns dyed with indigo color and undyed or white weft yarns

Denim Fabre:

After washing: After the water wash the Fabre dried by drying machine. The drying machine is used for dry the Fabre. Design: To gave a design at first make a pattern of design or a frame using robber tube, and then color the design into denim. Crinkle machine also used for applied a design.

Stretching:

Altering: Pegasus had 2 heads of needle and five threads. That machine is used for alteration on the bottom and hip belt stretch. Ketch And Kwacha: the ketch and Kwacha machine is used for making 1. Button hole 2. Belt loop 3. Elastic Needles: Normally peoples are used 18-20 needle for starching the body.

Laundry: The stem iron is needed to iron the denim pant.

Packaging: The final step is packaging. The worker makes the packaging box and put them into it. They separated into lot and prepared for delivery.
