SALES CONDITION
DELIVERY TIME: At sellers factory within 50 days after the contact is coming into force. PACKING: Included It covers: -Storing of the goods waiting to be shipped; -Preparation and packing of the goods; The materials will have to be kept by buyer in covered and guarded areas. All the precautionary measures necessary for the correct preservation of the materials will to be taken, waiting for its installation. INSTALLATION: It includes the following phases: -Positioning of the equipment in conformity with the plant layout; -Possible unpacking; -Assembling of what is necessary for the completion; -Connection with the various electrical, pneumatic uses or other; -Adjustment of the equipment; (levels; running way of the motors; -Installation of the safety devices; -Idling test of the equipment. What above-mentioned produces the subscription of the installation End Certificate. -Installation work finish with 45 days. START UP: Include It includes the actions necessary to put the plant in
operation
until
the
achievement
of
the
production
contractual terms. What above-mentioned produces the Acceptance
Certificate of the Plant. Possible parts excluded from the commissioning due to lacks can be indicating in the same certificate. TRAINING: Included It is the training phase of the Customer personnel. QUALITY GUARANTEE: The seller shall guarantee the goods is completely
brand-new and shall conform to the technical specification as stipulated in this contract. The mechanical guarantee of the contract equipment is 12 months after the commissioning date, or 18 months from the date of picking up goods in case the commissioning date, or 18 months from the date of picking up goods in case the commissioning cannot be finished due to Buyer fault, during the Guarantee period, if the accessory(ies) of equipment(s) is/are damaged, the Seller will replace or repair. (except the Buyer improper use and tear wear parts). PAYMENT: 30% as down payment the contract comes into force after receiving the down payment by the seller; 70% by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight; payable against shipping documents. Or other way to be agreed. REMARK: During machines installation and commissioning the following costs incurred by Technicians of the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
-Board and lodging, -Laundry, -Pocket money, -Local Transportation -Round way air ticket. EXCLUSIONS: Not included in the supply: -Transport and lifting equipment on site, with their operator, and also the crane for the assembling. -Brickwork and civil engineering works to be performed according to our drawing. -Auxiliary services (Natural gas, compressed air, electricity, grounding, etc..), main emergency generator, water treatment plant and relative drawings. -All the pipelines, included the chimneys, for the auxiliary services and relative drawings and possible insulation. -Anchor bars for foundations and various walled parts. -Hydraulic and lubrication oil. -Consumption material for the installation. -E.M.F. feeding positions will be indicated on the general definitive layout. The tension must be within a maximum limit of variation of 10%. The feeding lines of the electric panels must be protected with differential security breaker with adequatesensitivity, as foreseen by the norms in force. The European reference norm is the EN60204-1. -Skilled and unskilled labor for the plant installation. -The installation shall be carried out with the use of workmen (masons, mechanics, electricians and unskilled workers) made available by the customer.
-The work direction shall be carried out by our technicians. -Skilled and unskilled labor for the plant start-up. -The start-up and the commissioning of the plant shall be done together with the customers personnel (workers and skilled technicians). The co-ordination is carried out by our technicians. -Anything else not expressly indicated herein. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: 45 days.

II. Kiln construction

1Kiln Module a) The kiln adopt module construction, each module include the burner, flue, cooling break, sand sealing, rail , kiln wall refractory material, the kiln install in plant site. Steel for kiln body: 1. Side frame: 70*50*3, 50*50*2.5mm square tube 2. Kiln door: 12#, 10# U-steel, and square tube 3. Railway: 12kg steel rail 4. Heat exchanger: Hest resist Stainless steel, #304 5. Kiln car: 10# U-steel, 10# square tube, 50mm angle steel
6. Kiln face plate: 1.5mm A3 cold plate, 4 sides edgefold, with paint. b) The shell of the kiln use the good quality steel board and tighten channel steel, square tube make into the module, all the steel material on the kiln shell with high temperature durable paint.

4The kiln is single door structure. The construction-work thickness is 430mm, fully cotton, same as kiln wall. While in close, the door and the wall connected as the tower construction, which is good for sealing the

III. Kiln Car Construction

1 The kiln car assembled by frame and processed axle assembly (include: wheel, axle and sealing bearing), will delivery to work site for installation. There are refractory bricks all around the kiln car surface, and fill cotton fibre in the middle, cover cotton blanket above. The refractory will work on site. Also a ceramic rope separates the air on the kiln car bottom. 2 The kiln car frame is made of steel, the kiln car side go through the sand sealing, avoid the heat flow out from the kiln, all the steel painting with high-temperature-resist paint. Include all the wheel, axle, frame and refractory for 20 set of kiln car.
IV. Firing system and control system

1Exhaust system a) The kiln design in side exhaust, after diluted, it exhausted through the drain pipe on the top of kiln. If control the kiln pressure properly the heat could transfer to the product evenly. b) Through the Programmable controller control the driving air valve to get the kiln pressure stably, on condition of proper control system it can get very good iteration.
2Control system
a) Integrate multil control system is one of the fully automatic control system on the basic of PLC, this system control all the function from kiln start to firing completion. b) Through the software interface writing the procedurer, modify and save the firing cycle entre into PLC. c) During operation, the interface can diverse the Chinese and English version conveniently. d) The status report. e) Alarm. f) Recording the operation files. g) Long distance inspection. h) While the computer in fault, the kiln still can work on, but no screen display, the indicator light on the panel can confirm the kiln running in good condition or not. j) The pulse control system: Controlling each spray nozzle Controlling the each spray nozzle individual natural gas execute framework. Each 2 spray gun controlled in one group, 2 spray gun in each firing channel on both side and up&down, with a labyrinth position. Totally 4 firing channel. b) All the burner with automatic ignite and fire off protect safety device. Each burner controlled by its own control system. c) Main gas station is a whole system with filter, pressure-reducer, pressure smoother, safely-cut off device. The buyer should provide good gas with smooth pressure, the gas is controlled by the rate valve according to the pressure of combustion air. d) The firing system includes: Fuel supply pipes; Pressure-reduce station; Pressure smooth; Filter. 8 sets of high speed temperature isothermal spray gun. Ignition control box, with solo ignite and shut off safety device. Each burner equipped with flame detect control and shut valve
device. While the flame off the burner also will be shut off. Auto gas-air ratio system, and combustion air
auto-compensation system, ensure the gas fully firing. Firing system equipped with pressure switch in case avoid the kiln for over high or low fuel pressure.
Kiln door system

1double door, back to back open. 2Kiln door open or close by automatic control.
Cooling system
1The cooling blow hole nearby the firing channel. 2Include 8 sets cooling blow hole, by use the combustion pipes. 3Cooling air auto-adjustment according the firing cycle. Air volume controlled by the inverter.
Air supply system and fan

1One set of combustion fan. 2One set of exhausting fan. All the fans equip with inverter; all the pipes produced in advance; combustion pipe and exhausting pipe made of #304 stainless steel.
Railway and kiln car in&out system

Include whole set of auto loading and unloading system, and inside & outside railway.
Heat exchange system

Nearby the exhausting hole install the heat-resist stainless steel
exchanger, heating with combustion air, reduce the exhausting heat and improve the utilization ratio of energy. The exchanger designed by our company has a large exchange area, high exchange effect, high heat utilization ratio.

- Firing temperature curve. - The product on kiln car, and the load quantity of kiln accessor,(quantity and weigh).
2Equipment
- The safety device with its designation, manufacture and installation around the kiln. - Foundation of kiln.
3Others
- Get the promotion from local government for install the machine. - Design or modify foundation, framework or roof work. - For special demand at install site, like knock wall, ceiling, roof and brush work, the buyer need cooperate for that. - The crane, fork, and tools. - Offering the fuel, telephone, fax, crew, hardward, hydraulic oil and ECT. - The water and electric for install site. - The equipment for keeping stable voltage. - The mainline send the the main. - Offer the proper fuel includes the pressure till the kiln. - During test time offer the crane, kiln accessory, fuel and labor. - Clear away the install site packing material.
