Host 1 & Host 2: Welcome to the screening of the award winning film, Ang Sayaw ng Dalawang Kaliwang Paa. Host 1: In our time, the arts is very much neglected and often overlooked by people our age. Host 2: That is right, Host 1. But of course, as an arts driven university, our school supports those who strive to keep the Filipino culture and arts afloat. Host 1: The Green Media Group in cooperation with the DLSU Culture and Arts Office present to you Ang Sayaw ng Dalawang Kaliwang Paa. Host 2: This movie, created by Alvin Yapan and Alemberg Ang boasts its colorful use of music, literature and dance as a way of telling a beautiful story. Host 1: Before we start, let us call on Ms.____ for the opening remarks. OPENING REMARKS Host 2: Thank you Ms. ____! And now, let us introduce the brains behind the movie. Host 1: Mr. Alvin Yapan is the current chair of the Filipino Department of the School of Humanities at the Ateneo de Manila University. Host 2: His first film, Rolyo, won the best short film in the 2007 Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival and the 2008 Gawad Urian Awards. Host 1: The film eventually competed as the Philippine entry to the Paris Film Festival 2008. Host 2: Without further ado, let us all welcome Mr. Alvin Yapan! MR.
