1. Please describe the most difficult situation you have ever overcome & specify : (1) What was the situation ? (2) How did you handle it ? (3) What have you learnt from the situation ? (1) I have got broken leg in November 2008 because played football nearby my campus. I realized that it happened as my own fault. There was a pen which is made of platinum in my leg for one year. (2) I used stick to help my activities for 3 months and during that time I still got lecturers as usual. (3) I got learning from my broken leg that I have to be patient during my recovery period. 2. Looking at your life as a whole, please indicate the events and experience which have had much impact in your personal development e.g. events which result in change of your personality, your maturity, etc. Age / Year 20 / 2009 18 / 2007 Event Experience I have got broken leg and I used stick for helping my activities. The experience made me more careful in using my leg. I got scholarship and allowance every month from Bakrie University. It made me shy to ask for money from my parents.

3. Who is your greatest leader ? What made that leader so inspiring to you ? My greatest leader is my dad. He is kind of creative man. He can finish his job with

different way than usual. He also manage his life well, like career, family, and children education. I want to be more than him. 4. Have you had an experience of being a leader in the past ? How did you carry out the role ? Yes, I have had an experience as a leader for several times. As a leader, I have to look at a problem from the wider side. I must consider the consequences that I and my team received when making a decision. If someone on my team make some mistakes, I will be the first person who will be responsible of it. 5 What is your personal goals and career aspiration in short term and long term ? In short term, I want to pay for college my younger sister. It will help my parents for the same time. In long term, I will help my mother to make the food stall in Bandar Lampung because it was her hope from long time ago. 6. Please explain why we have to choose you amongst other applicants ? I can coordinate and communicate with new people well. If I am assigned as a leader, I will be a motivated leader. I have had many experiences in organization. I often do the job underpressure, but I can handle it well. In the organization, I met many type of people and so far, there has no problems that are too serious. 7. Is there anything else that we should know about you that would impact our decision ? No, I think it is enough for describing my abilities and weaknesses. It also describes my goals well.
