DID ADAM DIE IN THE DAY HE ATE THE FRUIT?

Genesis 2:17 Well some scientist best think that Genesis 2:17 is best explained by taking the promise of death in

an ingressive sense. Which I strongly disagree with; First of all we need to understand whose lines these are, I know and I know that you can see that these are not lines of man but God speaking. Lets start reading from Genesis 2:16 17 vs 16 And the LORD God commanded the man,
saying, Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat: vs 17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it: for in the day that you eat thereof you shall surely die. For people to say that we somehow enter in the process of starting to die, is one idea that is not true; everyone can see that the best person to ask how long a day is, is God Himself for the fact that these are His lines here we are reading rather than trying to fit Him in the 24hour clock for a day. The bible says in 2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. We are able to get an insight of Gods view for a day, it is clear that it does not fit into mans 24 hours for day. So if you want we may now also say But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the man as 24 hours, and 24 hours as one day [this is not in the bible] okay lets go back to Genesis 2:17 God is not son of man to lie and from the bible we can see that Adam the first man died in a day as seen from Gods point of view for a day as we read from 2 Peter3:8 The bible says in Genesis 5:5 And all the years of Adam's life were nine hundred and thirty: and he came to his end. I know some translations have And all the days of Adam but that should not be hard for you to understand that in Genesis 5:3 at 130 years he begot Seth for a son in his likeness. So I think we can see that Adam did die in a day before the LORD just like the LORD had spoken to him because Adam all together lived for 930 years which is only 70 years away from a thousand years which to God is as a day, beloved its not taking death in an ingressive sense but its actually death in a day and am talking real physical death, the only man I can see in the bible who by God was allowed to live closest to a thousand years was Noah and in Genesis 9:29 And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died. And I guess after him no one ever again came close to even as old as Noah in world history.
