Asia Core Engine (ACE) ANZ has various systems with each one having its own format thus making data transfer between systems a challenging task. Batch Integration Hub (BIH) helps the data integration easier with its BDW data model and data cache capabilities. BIH is a platform where data from various upstream systems are loaded to a single Banking DataWarehouse (BDW). Then the downstream systems are provided by the data in flat files. A set of Datastage jobs are developed to load the upstream job to BDW. Then a separate set of jobs and sequences are designed and developed to fetch downstream data from BDW. Institutional Customer Registry (ICR) ANZ has a long history of over 150 years and has acquired various other banks or a part of their operations in this journey. Due to this a limitation has come over identifying possible customers. A single customer may exist over multiple departments and locations. BIH has helped ANZ in accumulating this dispersed data from various source systems. This accumulated data is then sent to MDM. IRI buys data from the retail market, processes it and sells the analytics solution. Input data comes in the form of flat files. They are processed and put into staging tables. The data passes through various transformations before they are loaded into warehouse. From here data is segregated and put into separate data mart for each client. Price and Trade Advantage SSIS, Windows 2003, Sql Server 2005 IRI sends data in flat files format. These data need to be loaded to the data mart. This solution gives effect on trade based on variation in product price. The source files are to be validated before loading to staging tables.
