The Fundamental Frequency Theory Many of my colleagues have noticed that I have a preoccupation with frequency.

Actually, I dont have a preoccupation with frequency at all; The Universe does. I just seem to notice it all the time. Consequently I have proposed a new theory on paranormal activity, The Frequency Theory. Before I explain it, there are other definitions you should be familiar with. Our Earth is wrapped in a donut shaped magnetic field. Circular lines of magnetic flux continuously descend into the North Pole and emerge from the South Pole. The Ionosphere, an electromagnetic-wave conductor, 62 miles above the earth, consists of a layer of electrically charged particles acting as a shield from solar winds. Earth Resonant Frequency Natural waves are created by electrical activity in the atmosphere. They are believed to be caused by multiple lightning storms all over the planet. These waves are known as The Schumann Resonance, with the highest energy level registering at 7.8 Hz. These are quasi-standing [scalar], extremely low frequency (ELF) waves that naturally exist in the earth's electromagnetic cavity, a layer between the surface and the Ionosphere. These earth brainwaves are identical to the frequency spectrum of some of our human brainwaves. Reference note: Frequency nomenclature: 1 hertz = 1 cycle per second, 1 Khz = 1000 cps, 1 MHz = 1 million cps. Wavelength: A 1 Hertz wave has a wavelength that is 186,000 miles long; A 10 Hz wave is 18,600 miles long, etc. Radio-waves move at the speed of light (186,000 miles per second). The Creator (I believe) designed living beings to resonate to the11 natural Schumann Resonance frequency pulsation in order to evolve harmoniously.

Geomagnetic Waves Geomagnetic pulsations, i.e., ultra-low-frequency (ULF) waves cover roughly the frequency range from 1 millihertz to 1 hertz, i.e., from the lowest the magnetospheric cavity can support up to the various ion gyrofrequencies. Pulsation frequency is considered to be "ultra" low when it is lower than the natural frequencies of the plasma, like plasma frequency and the ion gyrofrequency. Geomagnetic pulsations were first observed in the ground-based measurements of the 1859 Great Aurora events (Stewart, 1861).Geomagnetic waves are thought to be the lowest frequency (and, therefore, the longest wavelength) electromagnetic waves in the universe. They are generated by movements in planetary structures that modulate a planet's magnetic field to create the wave. Certainly lower frequency electromagnetic waves could be generated, but they would be artificial. The Brainwave connection In 1963, Dr Robert Beck explored effects of external magnetic-fields on brainwaves showing a relationship between psychiatric admissions and solar magnetic storms. He exposed volunteers to pulsed magnetic-fields similar to magnetic-storms, and found a similar response. US 60 Hz electric power ELF waves vibrate at the same frequency as the human brain. UK 50 Hz electricity emissions depress the thyroid gland. Dr Andrija Puharich in the 50's/60's, found that clairvoyant's brainwaves became 8 Hz when their psychic powers were operative. He saw an Indian Yogi in 1956 controlling his brainwaves, deliberately shifting his consciousness from one level to another. Puharich trained people with bio-feedback to do this consciously, making 8 Hz waves. A healer made 8 Hz waves pass into a patient, healing their heart trouble, her brain emitting 8 Hz. One person emitting a certain frequency can make another also resonate to the same frequency. Puharich experimented discovering that A) 7.83 Hz (earth's pulse rate) made a person feel good, producing an alteredstate. B) 10.80 Hz causes riotous behavior and C) 6.6 Hz causes depression. Puharich made ELF waves change RNA and DNA, breaking hydrogen bonds to make a person have a higher vibratory rate. He wanted to go beyond the psychic 8 Hz brainwave and attract psi phenomena. James Hurtak, who once worked for Puharich, also wrote in his book The Keys of Enoch that ultra-violet caused hydrogen bonds to break and this raised the vibratory rate.

Nikola Tesla revealed in 1901 power could be transmitted through the ground using ELF waves. Nothing stops or weakens these signals. A brain functioning at beta-level (above 13 Hz) is agitated and can't change its perceptions, if it is artificially maintained by technology to that frequency. This may increase body electricity in others, giving them psychic powers. Is this linked to the New-Agers claim of a rising 12-14 Hz Schumann Resonance, inching us towards the 4th dimension? Stimulants ingested globally from caffeine genetically-modified plants, may also produce an impact on the 'global-brain' in the ionosphere collecting our brainwaves. New-age channellers say we are going into 4th dimensional frequency. They 'heard' the voice of some 'ET' who told them. However, some 'ETs' may be local boys. Voices in the head were produced in prisoners in Utah prisons using Tesla technology. Each of the prisoners received the same message from an 'ET'. Today, it seems, it's easy to produce 'voices in the head' without any type of artificial implant. A prisoner called David Fratus in Draper Prison, Utah in 1988 wrote: "I began to receive, or hear, high-frequency tones in my ears. When I plug my ears..the tones are still inside and become amplified. It's as if they had become electrified echo chambers with the sounds coming from the inside out. I began to hear voices into my inner ears as vivid as though I were listening to a set of stereo headphones with the end result being that I am now having my brain monitored by an omnipotent computerized mind reading or scanning machine of some sort " Hundreds of inmates at the Gunnison Facility of the Utah State Prison, and the State Hospital were subject to this brand of mind-control in order to test it. In the early 1970s, this was brought out in the Utah U.S. District Court, because inmates who had been subjected to this Tesla-wave mind-control in prison had tried unsuccessfully to fight back in court. The University of Utah researched how Tesla-waves could be used to manipulate the mind into hearing voices, overriding and implanting thoughts into the mind, and reading the thoughts, as well as developing eye-implants. Maxwell's 'Hidden' Etheric Component Evoked-potentials officially don't exist in physics, but in 1873 a Scotsman, James Clerk Maxwell, discovered electromagnetic waves have 3 components: He discovered waveforms which exist at a certain number of right-angled rotations away from the electromagnetic-field. These are hyperspacial components, not subject to constraints of time and space. He claimed that electromagnetic-radiation waves were carried by the ether and the ether was

disturbed by magnetic lines of force. The hidden component is called only 'potential' now and not normally used. Approx. one person in 3000 is naturally sensitive to this magnetic-waveform component, the telepathic types (according to a writer called "Majix"), but we are all capable of tuning into this magnetic component by tuning our subconscious to it. Maxwell's successors thought potentials were akin to mysticism, because they believed fields contain mass which cannot be created from apparently nothing, which is what potentials are, both literally and mathematically - they are an accumulation or reservoir of energy; but this hasn't been taught in mainstream physics. ***Please note much of the information posted below is based on purely logical and mathematical speculations and have not been proven or tested with experimental equipment and test results. The information is intended to encourage new mathematical and computational models which may encourage new theories and experiments based on them.*** There are several types of directed energy waves, particles, plasmas, and media as follows: 1. Ordinary herzian radio & electrical magnetic (em) waves which are transverse waves which oscillate up and down or north to south. These waves include the cosmic, ultraviolet, infrared, ordinary TV and Radio waves, and extremely low frequency or elf waves. 2. Nonherzian electrical and sound waves, which are longitudinal waves which oscillate sideways, back and forth or east and west. These waves include pure electrical waves, static electricity, and all sound waves such as sonar, and ultrasound. Longitudinal waves are perpendicular to transverse waves. These waves may be created by using nonlinear parametric EM circuits which cancel out the magnetic energies, to create pure electrical energies or voltage wave oscillations by using a capacitor and a series of magnetic coils placed perpendicular to each other in all three x, y, and z directions. 3. Scalar or holographic media waves, which may be a combination of two waves from the above herzian EM and nonherzian electrical or sound waves, which interfere and combine to make a complex holographic wave or potential wave which has no energy that can be detected until it reaches its destination point. These waves need two metal plates placed at a distance apart to detect both of the scalar waves. 4. There are also subatomic particle beams, waves, and radar ionic gas plasmas, such as electronic ion plasma clouds, neutrino's which are nonelectric or magnetic, tachyons which are time particles and waves, and gravity particles and waves. These waves may be created by magnetic accelerometers, atomic lasers, and Jacobs Ladder anode and cathode plasma antennas, and placed into a directed energy beam. Subatomic particles may be rotated up or down, to

change the properties of the subatomic particle to be antigravitational, antimatter, or reverse in time. A typical atomic particle or wave may be viewed as a holographic vortex like toroid which has 137 rings wrapped around the toroid traveling at 13 times the speed of light, and 2 rings in the toroid traveling at 2 times the speed of light. This is why I refer to quantum mechanics so much. It is my belief that the key as to what Paranormal Phenomena really is can be determined by its analysis at a subatomic level. So what is Frequency? Frequency is a property of a wave that describes how many wave patterns or cycles pass by in a period of time. Frequency is often measured in Hertz (Hz), where a wave with a frequency of 1 Hz will pass by at 1 cycle per second. Lets start Grand and work our way down.

RESONANCES IN THE UNIVERSE The fundamental frequency in the Universe is the Ryhsmonic (aetheric) frequency f* which is equal to 1/T* or 1/5.391 x 10-44 sec. which is about 1.855 x 1043 Hz. Interaction with this fundamental frequency under resonance conditions should result in an exchange of energy, i.e., energy extraction. Ok, so the Universe has a frequency. Lets continue Possible Resonance Frequency of Neutron Stars = 4.9 Hz Pulsation of the Sun with a period of P0 ~ 160 min discovered about two decades ago is still waiting explanation. Ok, so the stars, including our sun, has a frequency it vibrates at. The Earths Fundamental Resonant Frequency (Schumann Resonance) is approximately 7 and 4/5ths beats per second (7.8 Hertz). Intellectual cycle (33 days; Circatrigintan) L. alertness M. analytical functioning N. logical analysis O. memory or recall P. communication Ok, Maybe Ill buy into Biorythms. The Brain It is well known that the brain is an electrochemical organ; researchers have speculated that a fully functioning brain can generate as much as 10 watts of electrical power. Alpha brainwaves range from 9 to 14 cycles per second. Beta waves range from 15 to 40 cycles a second. Theta brainwaves range from 5 and 8 cycles a second. Delta brainwaves range from 1.5 to 4 cycles per second. The Brain has frequency. Light has frequency. Sound has frequency. Is all elementary particles of matter resonance patterns of spatial energy? There is nothing that has ever been presented that could disprove this conjecture. All matter may be NOTHING more than the organized nothingness of space arranged in specific patterns, at specific Frequencies. Maybe our interpretation of a three dimensional universe is the result of the human nervous system. The brain may be structured or put together in such a way that everything appears as three dimensional. Maybe the three dimensional universe that "normal" humans perceive is an illusion created by our nervous systems, or in other words it is how our brain reconstructs the environment it is immersed in. Maybe there are many more dimensions that "normal" humans cannot perceive because of some imposed limitation on our consciousness. Matter may in fact be hyper dimensional in nature. All observed matter in the universe may have a hyper dimensional projection associated with it which is beyond the perceptual abilities of the nervous systems of "normal" human beings. This hyper dimensional matter that we only see as three dimensional could be resonance's in space and all elementary particles could be node points of this energy which interacts with the fabric of space to form stable configuration patterns of energy that are mutually coupled to the fabric of space. Maybe there is truly only one super-dimension of space that can have any number of different aspects or sub-dimensions that are dependent upon certain factors which I do not care to speculate on at this time. The very limited three dimensional interpretations by the normal humans in this universe may only be a very small infinitesimal slice of a much greater reality that is simply beyond the detection of the neural hardware of normal human beings. Maybe a limitation of consciousness is being

surreptitiously imparted on normal humans by very advanced technical beings who understand the mechanics and physics of conscious perception. Resonant patterns of electrical fields consisting of positive and negative polarities of energy merging together into toroidal shaped flux loops forming stable configuration patterns of energy that are locked into phase with each other around a closed circular path. Is THIS what the paranormal is all about? Very possibly. Space is composed of or at least has something in it that is very microscopic in nature, much smaller than subatomic particles. It has been speculated by a number of "known' physicists including Jon Wheeler that all matter may have been conceived out of the fabric of space. In other words subatomic particles could be made up ultimately of curved empty space. Maybe this energy flow can create eddy currents that peel off into stable vortex patterns or ring like structures forming stable subatomic particles. These particles could be likened possibly to tiny vibrating toroidal shaped flux loops whose motion is fed by the infinite flow of hyperspatial energy. Or maybe it is zero point energy. If there is a zero point energy field that is higher dimensional in nature and is flowing through many different three dimensional universes recycling energy through them then all subatomic particles may indeed be connected to this infinite energy flux or hyperspatial energy grid. Space could be filled with a virtually infinite number of mini-white holes and mini-blackholes that act as hyperspatial energy channels gating in and out currents of energy through these spinning vortices with mini-whiteholes having rotation in one direction and miniblackholes having rotation in the opposite direction. Each subatomic particle could be a loop of flux(possibly vibrating at a certain frequency) connected by a mini-white hole and mini-blackhole. This flux loop may also bent around itself in the shape of a torus forming what would then be called a toroidal flux loop. It could be this constant energy flux through these mini-wormholes that creates the all of the manifestations of matter and energy that is experienced in this three dimensional universe.

TOROIDAL ENERGY FIELDS being created by a VORTEX Two opposite polarities of energy merging together to form a closed loop of flux(energy)in a toroidal shape object, similar to the way two poles merging on a sphere would form a torus or donut shape if they joined together. Matter could be the result of the hyper dimensional energy flow of the zero point field interacting with the topological structure of space to produce the elementary particles via positive and negative subatomic vortices exchanging or channeling energy flow through the space-time continuum.

Elementary particles and all matter would then be organized patterns of the nothingness of space which are held together into stable configurations by this hyperspatial energy flow which would be interacting with the geometrical properties of space. This interaction would produce patterns of matter that are consistent with the spatial--temporal harmonic relationships that make-up the framework or lattice structure of the fabric of space and define the parameters that allow for the formation of matter(structure). Put another way it seems that if the fabric of space has some definite configuration to it then the types of matter that exist within it's structural framework must itself be consistent in some way with this underlying pattern. Maybe this could be defined as a patterning of frequencies or also as the resonant (frequency) patterns of space (energy). This underlying framework of space should serve as the force that governs the formation of matter. Therefore maybe the force that governs the formation and behavior of all forms of matter within the universe is implicate within the fabric of space itself. The hyper dimensional energy flux of the zero point energy field could lock into resonant patterns based upon the patterning of spatial frequencies that constitute framework of this space-time continuum. There maybe an infinite number of spatial dimensions based upon different patterning's of frequencies that may be out of phase with this specific universe. Like I have mentioned earlier there may also be just on infinitely complex super-domain or dimension that has an infinite number of different properties, aspects, or sub-dimensions that are simultaneously co-existing with each other in an intricate web of energy that is a constant state of flux producing an infinite number of universes or dimensions all different with each other in an cycle of energy feedback through these co-existing dimensions. So the space-time continuum of this universe may only be one of an infinite number of co-existing dimensions that are interconnected via a hyperspatial energy grid that is currently being referred to as the zero point energy field. There could very well be an energy flux that is hyper dimensional in nature that could flow through different universes linking up many different three dimensional universes via this energy flow or "hyperspatial energy grid'. There could be a constant feedback mechanism between separate dimensions via the hyperspatial grid that could allow for an infinite cycling of energy between a virtually infinite number of dimensions. Different universes could be separated by the frequency at which these flowing currents vibrate in space. Maybe something different too but I have a feeling that frequency and wavelength may have something to do with a higher dimension that runs orthogonal the three spatial dimensions of this universe and that this difference in frequency may allow many separate dimensions to simultaneously co-exist in the same three spatial dimensions. I have also been thinking recently about the possibility that within each point or domain in this higher frequency dimension there may exists other dimensions even within the

same frequency and space as other dimensions but are out of phase with each other to varying degrees. It could also be possible that this universe is based upon a specific energy/frequency pattern and that the patterning (frequencies) of this energy determines the parameters through which matter can form. In other words there may be a set of operating parameters (spatial, frequency) in each domain that provide boundaries for the creation of matter(structure) allowing only certain field configurations of energy to exist. If some of what I have just mentioned were true even just in part then the implications of this would be phenomenal. At this very moment there could be universes very different from this one coming into and out of existence. There could be many different intelligence's with some being more advanced than others by many, many powers. There could be different forms of matter within this same spatial dimension that have different physics but are still operating within the parameters of the energy patterns that exist within or makeup the framework of this universe. Maybe these different forms of matter do not interact except under strange or unusual circumstances that do not usually occur naturally or if so very rarely. There could be Ghosts, and places for them to live. What if our reality was a set of frequencies riding within a fundamental resonant carrier frequency, much like radio carries audio information, and TV carries sound and video? What if all the frequencies of our reality were at a certain phase? We would not be able to see or interact with other carrier frequencies, and there may be millions of them. And what about Ghosts? How come they can be seen, or felt? Well, what if when we die, our awareness shifts frequency to a separate reality? And what if, due to some issue, we only shift halfway? We would walk both realms, being a part of neither, but having an affect (interference) on both, because we are vibrating at the wrong frequency.
