Explanation on organization chart

1. The Director The director is a legal representative of the company, to sign economics contract, directly control and manage the business, is the highest and final decision maker in the company. For each project, the director is a macro manager, implementation works at the site through the head of construction team and other related departments. The director directly contact and negotiate with the contractor to solve big issue during the implementation, to ensure the technical, the art, the progress and the quality of the projects. 2. Administration department Take responsibility with the director to manage, operate the labor to each project. In charge to train and teach to the employee of the company about the regulation, safety procedures in works, coordinate with the technical department to examine and promote to the employee. The safety card must be provided to the employees, who work at the site. Inspect the environmental sanitation and hygen at the site camp of each executive team. Instruct to prevent epidemic. 3. Business and planning department Responsibility to make plan to supply and provide materials, construction equipments, tools to suite with the construction progess. Arrange the construction equipments, machineries to meet the requirement at the construction site. Cooperate with the executive team to prepare and arrange the warehouse and yard for keeping materials suitable with the construction works. 4. Technical department Make and prepare production plan for executive teams, submit to the director for approval before carrying out.

Take responsibility to inspect the executive plan, method and progress, submit to the director for approval then instruct the executive team to follow. Supervise and inspect the works of executive teams to ensure the quality of the constructions. Arrange the supervisors for the safety and sanitation at the site, strickly supervise the safety technical for all the construction sites. Make the volume of completion works as a base for settlement work with the contractor. Take responsibility with the director in the quality inspection works, testing the equipments, material before installting. Coordinate with the contractor to make Quality inspection minute of the constructions before transferring and operating. 5. Accounting department Take responsibility with the director about the management and control the company financial, advance cash to implement the construction project as plan, ensure the in time payment of salary. 6. Construction implementation management a. Head of construction Dept. It is years experiences in organize the contructions works for the power cable line and transformer with high quality and art. Take responsibility with the director for the following works: - Make the implementation method, construction progress, submit to technical department for approval, the arrange to implement according to the approved progess and method. - Take responsibility about the technical, quality of the constructions and labor safety. - Take responsibility to maintain and protect the equipments, materials provided by the company. - Coordinate with the contractor to solve all issues related with the construction works. - Obey the direct control and manage from the director, prepare weekly detail report and monthly general report to director.

- Cooperate with the technical and quality inspection prepare the settlement works, make the table of quantity as a base for process the payment with the contractor. b. Quality inspection team Included one electrical engineer to lead the team. Inspect the quality at the site: is a team in charge to inspect, examine the materials, equipments before installation works. c. Safety and hygiene in work team Included one engineer as a leader and 2 In charge to supervise the obey of safety procedure and regulation at the sites, have right to make the minute to postpone the implement works if found out any violation. Take responsibility with the company about the safety and sanitation for the workers in the construction site. d. Executive team They are the engineers with ability in the controlling the implementation works, directly lead the 3 executive teams, arrange and appoint the supporters in suitable position to ensure that the constructions works follow the right design, technical requirement, progress and quality. The company has 3 excutive teams, each included about 10-15 electrical, construction, mechanical workers level from 3-4/7. A part from that, there are 10-15 general labors to support and service the other construction works. With the general labors which employed also have short term contract and learn safety regulation. They have to commit to follow the instruction and assigned works from the leader without fail.
