DULY AUTHORISED SOVEREIGN REPRESENTATIVES OF THE FREE PEOPLES OF THE EARTH, WITH A VIEW TO ESTABLISHING PEACE, FREEDOM AND ABUNDENCE FOR ALL MANKIND, IN HARMONY WITH NATURE, RATHER THAN EX PLOITING IT FOR PRIVATE GAIN. IN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE ANCIENT RIGHTS & LIBERTIE S OF THE FREE PEOPLES OF THE EARTH, THE SOVEREIGN NATIONS PARTY TO THIS DECLARATION WILL AGREE AS FOLLOWS: [All singularly masculine references necessarily include the feminine but without limitation, unless otherwise expressly stated.] No law can unman a man, or uncall a calling. Civil Liberty cannot co-exist with inequality of rights, coercive taxation and the restriction of our freedom to come and go as we please. Any Sovereign Nation of Free Peoples is necessarily ruined by inordinate privileges, corruption of justice and a general national apathy. Peace, individual property rights and the rule of Natural Law cannot be established without an end to all wars between nations, the demonopolisation of land and natural resources and the repudiation of the laws that were made by Mankind to its own detriment and that of our environment. There are three universally binding actions that should require the verdict of a Supreme Jury of 25 Sovereign Representatives from different communities within any nation to lawfully effect: the deposition of a de facto government or acting sovereign paramount; the banishment of criminal religious institutions; and the suspension of statutory laws that do no require the express and unequivocal consent of those parties subjected to them. Every man and woman has the unalienable right to go wherever they please, provided they do not cause actual injury, harm, damage or loss; the unalienable right, wherever they are, to protection from

the UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY OF THE FREE PEOPLES OF THE EARTH; and the unalienable right of equal benefits and equal restrictions. There are three unalienable birthrights: the right to peaceful possession of an acre of land to grow food and raise a family, with unlimited access to clean, unpoluted water, minerals and the airspace above it; the right to use all necessary force to protect the body, family and property from theft, fraud, damage, harm and loss, but without recourse to violence; and the right of selfdetermination under Natural Law. There are three guarantees of every community which has the voluntary consent of its sovereign people: security for life and limb; security for property held in peaceful possession without malfeasance or fraud; and security of the right to live in harmony with nature. There are three things the safety of which depends on that of the others: the sovereignty of the people; the integrity and fairness of a nations domestic and foreign policy; and the just and consistent administration of its laws by deciding each and every case on its own merits. There are three things free to everybody on Earth, the refusal of which no law will justify: food from the field, forest or orchard, water from spring, river, tap or well; firing from a decayed tree or fence; and a block of stone not in use for at least 90 days. There are three thieves who should not suffer proceedings against them: a woman compelled by her husband; a child under 16 years; a necessitous individual who has gone through three communites and to nine houses without being able to obtain sustenance or shelter upon repeated and reasonable requests. There are three just applications of the law: prevention of actual suffering, harm, damage and loss; compensation and/or restitution for all injured parties; and insurance of equitable resolutions, peaceful civil enforcement and the reconciliation of offenders with their accusers by means of private arbitration proceedings, with each case being decided by an independant arbitrator from a community without an interest in the general proceedings brought before it. There are three sacred things by which the conscience binds itself to truth: by experience gained through the realisation of the one true self; by knowledge accrued through actual experience of the divinity that dwells in every heart; and by wisdom obtained by knowing that every truly selfless act is a gift of pure

unconditional love. IN THE INDOMITABLE SPIRIT OF ALTRUISM AND IN RECOGNITI ON OF THE DECLARATION OF NATURAL RIGHTS OF THE FREE PEOPLES OF THE UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY TRUST, WE HEREBY AFFIRM THE FOLLOWING TRUTHS TO BE SELFEVIDENT: 1. Natural Law, also known as the Law of Nature, is that which the Universal Causation of all that is, or howsoever described according to subjective preference, has prescribed to all Mankind, not by any formal promulgation, but by the internal dictate of reason with heart-felt resonance alone. 2. Natural Law forms the permanent and underlying basis of all law and theories of Natural Law have been an integral part of jurisprudence throughout the history man-made laws. 3. It must therefore be distinguished between Natural Law and positive law, which is the body of law created by Mankind. 4. Natural Law is always superior to Positive Law. 5. The principals of Natural Law derive from Universal or Divine Law, otherwise known as the Laws of Nature. 6. The Universal Law of Allowance dictates that all sentient beings must be allowed to exercise their own Freewill, the eternal gift of the immortal soul, at all times and without exceptions. 7. Common Law is that which derives its force and authority from the consent and immemorial practice of the people within any community; it has never received the sanction of the legislature by an express act, which is the criterion by which it is to be distinguished from Statute Law, which is inferior in every respect to Common Law. 8. In accord with the Laws of Nature, Common Law dictates that all Men and Women are free to do what they choose for themselves, provided they do not infringe the unalienable rights of another to do the same. 9. The UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY TRUST is a self-governing community of Sovereign Men and Women, united together by mutual consent, in order to deliberate, determine and act jointly for the purposes of the restoration of

Natural Law on Earth, as well as bringing about an end to all war, genocide, debt-slavery, usury, famine, poverty, chemical polution and preventible disease. 10. No individual or legal entity is above Natural Law, and equity, meaning natural justice, is paramount and mandatory, in that no law can be enforced at the expense of a just and reasonable outcome. 11. In positive law, a Sovereign is one who governs themselves independently of any foreign control, in the union and exercise of all lawful powers possessed and exercised by a Sovereign Head of State and/or government. 12. Government is the manner in which sovereignty is exercised in each Sovereign State, and democracy is that form of government in which the sovereign power is exercised by the people in a body; therefore, democratic government is the body which purportedly exercises the sovereign power of the people who consented to it, notwithstanding the oppostion of the majority; mob rule by another name. 13. The enforcement of democratic, autocratic or despotic government policy by coercive and/or deceptive methods is always, and without exception, a breach of Natural Law and therefore void ab initio, even if those methods of enforcement are permitted or prescribed under corporatist statutes and/or the orders of criminal courts and/or governments. 14. The only form of government which is recognised as lawful anywhere on Earth is an unambiguously representative administration. Representative administration necessarily requires the express voluntary consent of the selfgoverned. In the absence of the voluntary consent of the self-governed, representative government or administration cannot lawfully exist, under any circumstances whatsoever. 15. Subject to the principles of Natural Law, Mankind has the unalienable right to self-determination and self-governance, and can therefore, at any time, choose to revoke or deny its consent to be governed by or subject to any administration or entity or individual. 16. Any Man or Woman who does revoke or deny their consent to be governed is free from government control and any perceived statutory obligations, restrictions and restraints imposed by the state they are purportedly governed by. 17. Any and all agreements made for and on behalf of the indigenous peoples of the Earth, whether made by

Living freely in peace is within any communitys standards and does not create any harm, loss, injury, damage or liability, or comprise a breach of the peace, in any way whatsoever, whereas, violence. which only ever begets more violence, has been monopolised by successive unaccountable and/or purportedly democratic governments, many of which have committed multiple crimes against Mankind without restraint, restriction or remorse. THEREFORE, IN AFFIRMATION OF MANKINDS UNALIENABLE RIGHTS, WE DECREE THAT ALL MANKIND IS UNALIENABLY ENDOWED WITH: 1. The right to deny our consent to be governed, regulated or coerced in any manner whatsoever. 2. The right to hold, use and enjoy any and all property in our peaceful possession, without having to pay for the use or enjoyment of it. 3. The right to an acre of permanent land, water, mineral and air use, and to live in harmony with nature. 4. The right to use all necessary force to protect ourselves, our kin and our interests, in the event of any and all circumstances, but without resorting to violence. 5. The right to refuse to supply or recall an intimate or nonintimate DNA sample for any purpose whatsoever. 6. The right to refuse to supply or recall samples of our bodily fluids, skin, hair or tissues, in the event of any and all circumstances. 7. The right to refuse to be medicated by any individual, government,

corporation or legal entity, under any circumstances whatsoever. 8. The right to cultivate, harvest, store, trade, barter and/or use for our own purposes, any and all organic substances which will grow naturally upon the Earth. 9. The right to refuse to be bound by the judgments, orders, warrants, directives and/or rulings of the de facto courts of any entity, party or individual claiming unlawful jurisdiction over us, under any circumstances whatsoever. 10. The right to Diplomatic Immunity, including (without limitation) the right to a Diplomatic Passport and immunity from statutory obligations that we have not expressly consented to. 11. The right of superior guardianship over our offspring, whether singularly or jointly with the other biological parent, without limitation and strictly precluding government and/or corporate intervention of any kind, under any circumstances whatsoever, save for those in which the safety of said offspring is proven beyond reasonable doubt and by sworn or affirmed testimony to be in jeopardy. 12. The right to hold exclusive Power of Attorney over the physical bodies and estates of our offspring, whether singularly or jointly with their other biological parent, without limitation and until the sixteenth anniversary of their physical birth. 13. The right to educate our children at home or in any way we deem to be beneficial for their intellectual, emotional and spiritual development, without limitation, supervision, intervention, inspection or interference of any and all natures and descriptions. 14. The rights of full Freedom and Intercourse of Trade and Navigation, to and from any port or place on the Earth, including (without limitation) the rights to cross international borders and to return to the land of our physical birth at our sole discretion and without interference of any and all natures and descriptions. 15. The right to create our own currency or medium or exchange. 16. The rights to life, health, well-being, privacy, silence, habeus corpus and the protection of the community.
